Important Guidelines for Parents & Students

To ensure a smooth, transparent, and disciplined admission process, parents and students are requested to follow the admission rules of Vinayak Academy English Higher Secondary School.

01. 📝 Accurate Information

All information provided in the admission form must be complete, correct, and genuine. Any incorrect or misleading information may result in cancellation of admission.

02. 📂 Required Documents

Parents must submit all required documents within the prescribed time. Admission will be considered complete only after successful document verification.

03. 🎂 Age & Eligibility

Admission will be granted according to the age, academic eligibility, and applicable rules for the respective class.

04. 🎯 Interaction / Assessment

Where applicable, students may be required to appear for an interaction or academic assessment before admission.

05. 💺 Availability of Seats

Admission is subject to availability of seats in the respective class. Submission of a registration form does not automatically guarantee admission.

06. 💳 Fee Payment

The prescribed admission and school fees must be paid within the given deadline. A confirmed seat may be cancelled if the required payment is not made within the specified time.

07. 📄 Transfer Certificate

Students seeking admission from another school may be required to submit a valid Transfer Certificate (TC) and previous academic records.

08. 🔍 Document Verification

The school reserves the right to verify submitted documents. Admission may be cancelled if any document is found to be false, incomplete, or invalid.

09. 🔄 Withdrawal of Admission

Requests for withdrawal must be submitted to the school office in accordance with the schools prescribed procedure and applicable rules.

10. 🏫 School Discipline

All admitted students and their parents are expected to follow the schools rules, discipline, code of conduct, and policies.

11. ⏰ Deadline Compliance

Parents are responsible for completing registration, document submission, fee payment, and other admission formalities within the specified deadlines.

12. ✅ Final Admission Authority

The final decision regarding admission will rest with the School Management/Admission Committee, subject to applicable rules and availability of seats.

Registration does not guarantee admission. Admission is confirmed only after completion of all required formalities, document verification, eligibility requirements, and fee payment.
